How To Order  

The Legion Supply Department accepts direct orders from Branches, Districts, Zones and Provincial Commands for Regalia and General Supply items (shown in the Legion Supply Catalogue). Orders can be sent by a variety of methods: mail, fax, e-mail or telephone (toll free). See contact details below. Members of the Legion are encouraged to purchase items found in the catalogue from their branch. All items which are intended to be sold to members - uniform items, jewellery, Poppy Puppies (items which start with 300 or 500 and some 600) - branches will be charged a discounted price. The discount will always be at least 10% of the catalogue price. Several items are eligible for even greater volume discount pricing, which provides a source of revenue for Branches’ general funds. Remember- members are required to pay all applicable taxes.

Branches will be charged full catalogue prices for all items which are not for resale, for example, pins, flags, manuals, etc., which are all items used by Branches and not resold to members.

Invoices will be included with the shipments. Branches are responsible to pay the invoices as soon as the goods have been received.

Provincial Command materials (i.e. Provincial By-Laws, manuals and certain consumer items, where applicable) are provided by Provincial Commands.


All Poppy material orders will continue to be processed by Provincial Commands. Dominion Command will not accept any Poppy material orders directly from branches.


All applications for MSM, MSA, Palm Leaf and Life Membership will continue to be processed through your Provincial Command. Awards for Past Service are handled differently in some provinces than in others. Orders for Past Service (medals, bar and pins) will be accepted from Branches EXCEPT those belonging to Newfoundland/Labrador Command, Quebec Command and Manitoba/NWO Command.

Quebec Command requests that all orders for medals and bars be sent to the Provincial office where they will be vetted then forwarded to Dominion Command Supply Department.

Newfoundland/Labrador and Manitoba/NWO Commands request that all orders for medals, bars AND pins be sent to the Provincial office where they will be vetted then forwarded to Dominion Command Supply Department.


Any order which requires personalisation such as completed certificates, nameplates, nametags, charters etc. must be forwarded in WRITING to ensure that all information is correct. Fax, e-mail and mail can be used to provide the required information.

Branches will be invoiced for the cost of the items ordered plus taxes as applicable and for shipping costs.

Shipping costs will be as follows:

$6.00 on orders of $50.00 and under

$8.00 on orders of $50.01 to $100.00

$12.00 on orders of $100.01 and up

All merchandise from Legion Supply is guaranteed against defective workmanship. You may return any product you are not satisfied with, excluding customized or personalized merchandise.
